Hi, I am going to ensemble at a music festival, with the dress code stated as 'formal'. What would be the most appropriate attire? Would a long skirt and top be okay? Or would a gown be preferred? Please take note that that the whole outfit must be in black.. Do concerts like these require floor-length dresses?? Please help.Thank you.
